Thomas Joynes
Abstract Geometric Forms:
Bronze / Stainless Steel / Natural Geometryv
ABOUT
Thomas Joynes is a British sculptor whose practice focuses on abstract forms inspired by the geometry and patterns of nature. Based in Hampshire after graduating from Norwich School of Art in 2005, he has developed an international reputation for his elegant, form-based works that explore balance, proportion and universal harmony.

ARTISTIC VISION
Thomas is influenced by natural geometry and principles such as the Fibonacci sequence, using them to create sculpture that reflects beauty, balance and perfection. His works carry echoes of modernist masters including Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore and Constantin Brancusi, while retaining a contemporary clarity of form.
Process / Technical Innovation
His sculptures are crafted predominantly in bronze and stainless steel, with a strong emphasis on proportion and adaptability. Many works are designed to be scalable, with customisation in size and finish to suit gardens, architectural spaces or large-scale public environments.
“I take inspiration from natural geometry and patterns, creating work that aspires to balance, beauty and perfection.”
RECOGNITION
Thomas has completed significant public and private commissions across the UK and internationally, with work installed in Europe, Asia, Australia and the US. His versatility and technical skill have established him as a sought-after artist for both collectors and corporate clients.
